Founder, Yvon Golbach, is an expert on contemporary careers, sustainable performance, and the well-being of human capital in organizations.

For years she was responsible for energy management, well-being, and corporate wellness in several corporate environments, such as Johnson & Johnson, where she was part of the EU Leadership team, responsible for Employee Health and Well-Being. Yvon’s contribution impacted thousands of people, across 45+ countries, helping them to be happier, better versions of themselves, while also increasing their performance. Her in-depth knowledge of how to manage energy effectively has led to people being physically energized, emotionally connected, mentally focused, & spiritually aligned. She is passionate about what drives motivation and knows how to let individuals perform and excel, without compromising their happiness and long-term health. Her insights into organizational culture creation, personal leadership, and performance in high-pressure environments are transforming organizations, helping to create a modern talent culture in which subjective success and self-management are the standards.

Caroline Thomas, is a leading expert, facilitator and coach, in the field of HR Leadership, Talent Development and Sustainable Careers. Her holistic and extensive experience is deep-rooted in years of safeguarding both people and processes related to change management, organisational and talent development, performance management, and learning within several corporate environments. Her focus on cultivating successful organizations, coupled with her genuine care for, and belief in people and their abilities, has led to her initiating transformational programs that create spaces for growth and meaningful change. 

As Partner at Zest, she is co-piloting the business with a focus on Career / Talent Development consulting services and learning products, and represents Zest in the Swiss and French markets. She works as an impactful and trustful partner for organisations and their employees focusing on developing the environment, capabilities and mindset required to build win-win career pathways – engaging and successful for both parties. Specialising in work-life integration and sustainable employability is ideally aligned with her passion for people and her deep interest in behavioural science. Caroline is also a Certified co-active Coach, having completed her coaching education with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), one of the largest experiential coaching training organisations in the world. Beyond her work, Caroline enjoys nature and mountains, she is also passionate about art and culture.

Jenn Callaway

With over 20 years of experience in education, training, and consulting across North America, Europe, and Asia, Jenn has worn many hats—strategist, consultant, leader, trainer, and operational expert. She has extensive experience working in and collaborating with companies across a diverse range of industries, including high tech, manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences, professional services, education, and public sector. Whether guiding teams through transformation or advising executives on strategy, she is committed to driving results without burning people out.

Her passion for neuroscience, behavioural psychology, and the connection between the nervous system and performance began during her years as a dedicated competitive athlete. This foundation has shaped her people-first approach, influencing the way she leads, supports, and empowers others. Before joining Zest, Jenn collaborated closely with executives to integrate neuroscience-based communication principles and behavioural psychology insights into their sales messaging, internal communications, and board presentations. 

Believing that high performance and employee wellbeing go hand in hand, Jenn has brought her expertise and energy to Zest, where she oversees global sales and operations and leads the North American business. She is committed to fostering sustainable growth for Zest clients, building stress-wise teams, and creating environments where both people and organizations thrive.

With over 20 years of experience in advertising and CPG marketing, Rochelle is a seasoned brand-building leader recognized for transforming and driving growth for some of the world’s most iconic global brands. At Johnson & Johnson, she led high-impact strategies, managed multi-million-dollar P&Ls, and led high-performing teams to deliver consumer-centric experiences across diverse markets. Rochelle excels at developing big brand ideas grounded in consumer understanding, driving long-term brand equity. Recognized as a results-driven and empathetic people leader, she placed a strong emphasis on developing talent and fostering high-performing, engaged teams. During her time at J&J, she also became a certified Energy Management Trainer—deepening her passion for helping individuals sustain their energy and performance.

Rochelle now channels her expertise into building a dynamic portfolio career blending marketing leadership with her passion for business and people development. As a Fractional CMO, Innovation Strategist, and Energy & Resilience Coach, she helps organizations accelerate growth, while equipping individuals with skills for sustainable performance in today’s changing landscape.

As the Marketing Leader at Zest for Work, Rochelle is a strategic member of our remote core team: her focus is to drive healthy and sustainable growth for our Business. She’s leading the Zest global marketing strategy and execution plan and developing the business and managing key accounts in the Middle East.

As a certified Energy Management & Resilience Trainer, she is also joining our Trainers’ community covering the Middle East and Asia.
