General & Company Info

What makes Zest different from other corporate training providers?

Most training providers focus only on individuals. At Zest, we take a holistic, organisation-wide approach. We don’t just deliver training, we help you fix the system, not just the symptoms. That means redesigning the culture, leadership practices, and structures that either fuel or drain performance.

Our programmes are grounded in behavioural science and sustainable career research, combining practical workshops with strategic advisory services. This dual focus helps organisations build resilient teams, adaptive systems, and energised leaders, so people thrive and performance becomes truly sustainable.

Where others deliver one-off sessions, we partner with you to embed lasting change, balancing individual wellbeing with organisational demands. The result is not only better-trained people, but stronger cultures, smarter systems, and workplaces built to keep pace with change.

Where is Zest based, and do you deliver training programmes globally?

Our head office is in the Netherlands, but we work with a global network of expert trainers and coaches across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East & North Africa, and Asia-Pacific. We deliver programmes on-site and virtually, enabling us to support multinational organisations as well as regional teams. Whether your workforce is spread across multiple time zones or concentrated in one market, we adapt our delivery model to ensure consistent quality worldwide.

Which languages do you deliver in and do you offer support in multiple languages?

We deliver our training programmes in a wide range of languages, including English, Dutch, French, Spanish, Polish, German, Portuguese, Mandarin, and Arabic. To make sure learning is effective for diverse teams, we also partner with multilingual trainers who can adapt content and facilitation to your organisational context. This means your people get the same energised, evidence-based experience, whether you need workplace wellbeing programmes in English, leadership development in French, or career development training in Arabic.

Training & Certification

Can people join Zest training programmes individually, or are they only for organisations?

Zest programmes are designed for organisations, with the individual in mind. We partner with companies to deliver training that creates impact at both the individual and team level. This ensures the learning is embedded in your organisation’s culture, systems, and ways of working.

How long do Zest training programmes typically run?

Programme length depends on the solution and delivery format. Our workshops range from 120-minute virtual sessions to multi-day in-person programmes. For example, Energy for Life can be delivered as a 1-2 day in-person workshop or a blended series of shorter online sessions. This flexibility allows us to design a programme that fits your team’s schedule while still creating lasting impact.

Do you provide in-house training and can you support multi-regional teams?

Yes. All Zest programmes are delivered in-house, on-site or virtually, and tailored to your organisation’s culture and needs. For companies with multi-regional or global teams, we provide consistent delivery through our international trainer network and virtual solutions.

This means whether you’re running a leadership programme across several European offices or delivering resilience workshops to global teams online, your people get the same energised, evidence-based experience, adapted to their language, context, and culture.

Do Zest training programmes include certificates of completion?

We only provide certificates for specific certified pathways, such as the Career Fitness Profiler Certification or our Train-the-Trainer programmes. Most of our workshops focus on real-world behaviour change and long-term impact, rather than formal accreditation.

Can Zest training be integrated into our existing L&D or wellbeing initiatives?

Yes. Zest programmes are designed to complement your organisation’s existing learning, wellbeing, and leadership frameworks. We partner with HR and L&D teams to ensure our training aligns with your internal initiatives, making it easier for people to apply new skills and embed change across the organisation.

What assessments or diagnostic tools does Zest use to measure development?

We use evidence-based diagnostic tools that give people and organisations sharp insights into their strengths, challenges, and drivers of performance. Our core assessments include the Career Fitness Profiler and Personal Energy Report.

The Career Fitness Profiler is a science-based tool used in our Career-Fit and Career Check-In programmes. It helps individuals understand their career values, skills, and energy balance, providing clear, visual insights to support sustainable career growth.

Personal Energy Report is sed in our Energy for Life programme, this assessment measures how people manage their mind, body, purpose, recovery, and overall energy. It highlights where energy is leaking and where it can be renewed for better performance and wellbeing.

Together, these tools provide both individual-level insights and organisational-level data to track change, support decision-making, and demonstrate impact.

Can multiple programmes be combined into a tailored learning journey?

Yes. We regularly co-create learning journeys that combine several programmes to support long-term behaviour change, leadership development, or cultural transformation. These journeys help embed adaptive habits across different levels of the organisation. Contact us to discuss options best suited for your team.

Can Zest programmes be customised to our industry or business challenges?

Yes. Every programme begins with your reality. We customise content, examples, and facilitation to reflect your industry context, organisational culture, and strategic objectives. This ensures the training not only engages participants but also addresses the challenges that matter most to your business.

Billing & Payments

How does Zest handle billing and payment for corporate training programmes?

All billing is managed directly with the contracting organisation. We work with your procurement or HR lead to agree invoicing terms, payment schedules, and contract conditions. This ensures payments align with your company’s internal processes, whether for a one-off workshop or a multi-programme engagement.

What payment methods can organisations use for Zest programmes?

Payment options are agreed during the contract setup with your company. We typically work via corporate invoicing, but in some cases we can also arrange electronic or card payments if required by your organisation’s finance process. Please speak to your Zest contact for the most suitable option.

Can Zest adapt contracts and billing for global or multi-regional organisations?

Yes. We regularly partner with global and multi-regional organisations, and we adapt our contracts, billing, and invoicing processes to align with your company’s finance structure. This can include, regional tax and compliance requirements, centralised or local billing depending on how your organisation manages procurement.

Our goal is to make the process seamless, so your teams can focus on the programmes while we ensure the administration, contracts, and financials are aligned with your global standards.

Does Zest offer refunds if we cancel a training session?

Yes. Refunds depend on the timing of cancellation. We offer full or partial refunds based on our cancellation policy, which balances fairness to the organisation and our facilitators. For specific details, please review our policy or speak to your Zest contact, we’ll support case-by-case where possible.

Do you provide individual pricing, or is Zest only available to organisations?

Zest works exclusively with organisations to deliver training at scale. We do not offer individual pricing or open enrolments, except for special certified pathways such as the Career Fitness Profiler Certification. This ensures our programmes have the greatest impact at both individual and team level within the organisational context.

Technical Support

Does Zest deliver training programmes online as well as in person?

Yes. All Zest programmes are available both in-person and online, depending on what works best for your teams. Our virtual training solutions use evidence-based design to ensure participants remain engaged, interactive, and supported, whether they’re in the same room or connecting across time zones.

Which video conferencing platforms do you use for virtual training?

We adapt to your organisation’s setup and typically deliver training on platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Webex. If your company uses a different platform, our facilitators and support team can adjust so the training runs seamlessly.

Can Zest facilitators join our internal platform and manage the technical side?

Yes. Our facilitators and support staff can join your internal learning or meeting platforms and take care of the technical hosting. We work with your IT and HR teams beforehand to make sure everything is coordinated and smooth on the day.

Do you provide technical support during virtual sessions?

Yes. For all virtual training programmes, we assign a facilitator and a support moderator. The support moderator manages the technical side, admitting participants, troubleshooting issues, and sharing resources, so the facilitator can focus entirely on engaging your team.

Do participants need to install or download anything before a Zest session?

We use commonly supported tools, and all relevant resources are shared in advance. If a specific download or app is needed, we’ll provide clear step-by-step instructions well before the session. This ensures your participants can focus on learning, not tech issues.

Can training materials be accessed after the session?

Yes. Participants receive access to digital resources, reflection tools, and key takeaways after the training. For some programmes, we also provide follow-up tools such as planners, checklists, or exercises to help participants continue building new habits beyond the session.

Webinars & Events

Are Zest webinars free, or do they require payment?

Our public webinars are usually free to attend when promoted on our events page. For organisations seeking a customised webinar, tailored to their culture, challenges, or industry, we offer bespoke sessions that can be contracted as part of a wider training or advisory engagement.

How do I join a Zest webinar after registering?

Once you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your access link. We also send reminder emails 24 hours and 1 hour before the session so you can easily join on time.

What happens if I miss a live Zest webinar, can I watch the replay?

Yes. Many of our webinars are recorded and made available on demand. If you registered in advance, you’ll receive a link to access the replay so you don’t miss out on the insights and strategies shared.

Are Zest webinars interactive, or are they just recorded presentations?

Our live webinars are fully interactive, with opportunities for Q&A, polling, and participant engagement. This means you can ask questions directly and apply insights to your own context. Some sessions are also available on-demand for flexible access after the event.

Can we request a customised webinar for our organisation?

Absolutely. Many organisations invite us to host private webinars for leadership teams, HR groups, or employees. These can focus on topics such as resilience, sustainable careers, or energy management, and are tailored to your objectives. A customised webinar is often a good first step to introduce larger programmes to your workforce.
